I saw that too, but I can't get too excited. The Oklahoman is a classic study on how to desecrate a comics page. Run everything super tiny, take a strip like Peanuts and run a line above it telling folks that it is a re-run, actually alter text in a strip so as not to offend (rather see them skip it than change it), but we'll see.
The Oklahoman is the exact type of paper that Sam Waterson hated back when he was doing C&H originally.
