We spent the weekend at this beautiful ranch in Texas. Some friends, who also have two boys, invited us to join them. The ranch is 582 acres and was purchased by our friend's grandmother, passed down to her 4 children and now is owned by her 8 grandchildren. It was stunningly beautiful and the boys had a grand time exploring. We went on several long hikes and never saw civilization! The inside of the cabin was 50s kitsch of the best kind, sprinkled with family history and memories. Truly inspiring.
