The upper right is R2D2 on either the Millenium Falcon or Slave I. Right below that is Darth Vader on a Tie Fighter. The guy with the BIG light saber is Qui-Gon and the guy with really big eyes on the left could be almost anybody. I do see Darth Mauls double ended light saber next to R2.
I'm thinking the guy in the upper left is Yoda. Looks like Yoda ears to me. Chewie would be a lot hairer.

Only thing is, he hadn't seen any Star Wars movies when he drew this. We just had the Star Wars VBS and we didn't include any Darths there, but I do think most every child has at least seen Darth Vader, so I that is why I thought it could be Darth Vader. I think you're correct about Yoda.
