Hi from Australia, its sunny, there is the beach, family, friends and good food what more could you want. We too had the portable record player but found there was more room to dance in the lounge room funny I think I still know some of my moves! If there is anyone reading this who still calls Australia home we miss you. xx

I miss you too. BUT I remember you daily because I have my calender of the "Sutho" shire with your comments on it in a prominent place on my fridge.
I wish I could sit and enjoy a cuppa with you today. I have had a couple of nostalgic weeks that make me a little pensive and teary. I had a huge surprize party on Friday night which I guess is no surprize to Sandy!!!
I cannot believe all the emails to and from Kim.
I get really teary thinking of the indulgance for me that night, like I did when you gave the surprize in Australia. I feel so undeserving of the fuss and so overwhelmed that so much was done for me on 2 continents. I really dont know how to express my gratitude. I cant verbally yet because I will have a tear up for sure!
Anyway......Im glad your reading Jans blogs. I might yet start one of my own.....
