Italian Tomato Rounds

Small, Italian tomatoes, sliced thin
Olive oil
Basil, oregano, or Italian seasoning
Cream Cheese
Garlic
Melba Toast

Dredge each tomato slice in oil and lay flat on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake until soft. Cream together cheese, herbs, and garlic. Spread on toast. Top each with one tomato.
