Yuckert
Well, the doc says I should eat a whole bunch of yogurt since I'm on an antibiotic. I don't have anything against yogurt, but I do have something against a whole bunch of it. I just bought some "lite" yogurt and it has the bad taste of aspartame even though the ingredient list includes Splenda. Its hard for me to avoid eating calories, and now I'm choking down something I find distasteful. That just doesn't seem right!!

Poor Poor Pitiful Me.

Why not make a smoothie and blend the yogurt with some delicious fruits and juices? Then suck it down with a straw.

Jamba Juice also has some great options involving yogurt! Give yourself a yogurt smoothie outing!

Does frozen yogurt count? How about Braum's Cappucino Chunky Chocolate? I'm sure if I had a prescription for yogurt, it would include that one!

If you want to get really sick then stick with the diet and eat lite yoghart.....The aspartamine -splenda or whatever the fake stuff is will kill you....after it sucks the life from your brain. THe good news is it will affect your memory first so you wont know your dying!!!
give it up and eat Doritos......You will feel much better for it and you will know about it.

If you need dietary tips come to me for advice.

Dr pepper, corn chips and Lindt chocolate will fix anything that is wrong with you......

Dr. Jayne is yogurt freak. He always tells me the same thing. Believe me, you'll be glad you followed his advice (or, rather, really sad if you don't).

I love yogurt, and have found the active cultures to be genuinely good for intestinal health. In fact, a couple of spoonfuls were enough to cure one of our cats of an exceptionally nasty excretory order. Unfortunately, my favorite brand has dropped their non-lite line, and I am starting to think about making my one for the first time in thirty years.
