It's interesting that this is all in English, with pounds and ounces. I wonder if they do birth announcements in Japan at all. . .It never came up when I was there!

Since the Horitas lived in the U.S. for three years, I imagine they made these for their friends here. I also think Kayo made the page and then turned it into a photo card. She is very creative that way!
