So at school the other day, kid informs me that they are not allowed to draw weapons at school. I said, 'but it's just paper.' He points to picture of Pistol Pete on the wall. I said 'Oh, well... complain if you think it's unfair, I guess?'
Seriously... I can understand them saying you can't draw a weapon as a part of a threat towards someone else (falls under bullying policy) but you can't draw a weapon at all? Oh... also.... rubber bands are now considered a "weapon" if you hold them in a "shooting position" and doing so is a threat that can get you suspended. Amazing, huh?
